Developer / CTO Wanted

What we're looking for:
A web developer to take on the lead developer and CTO role and to become a partner
in ownership and operation of the company – www.songslide.com. Key responsibilities
to include: writing code to add features to the existing site, testing, and working
collaboratively in planning and implementing future projects and versions of the
site.
Experience Sought:
.Net developer with experience in: ASP.net, MS SQL 2000 & 2005, CSS, Flash, C#.
Media storage and serving experience a plus.

would be in the form of equity ownership of the company.
